Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. The residence has detached garage parking, a spacious 3-bedroom floor plan, and a wood-burning fireplace.
