The Abode in Solamere is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bath upscale home in Lower Deer Valley. The home is great for a family or a group of friends, with two queen-size beds and one set of twin beds. It’s on the shuttle route with easy access to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley. The open floor plan offers over 3,000 square feet of comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and unobstructed views of the nearby slopes. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, hardwood floors, and plenty of work space. Enjoy incredible views from the breakfast bar or dining area, perfect for entertaining. The Queen Esther Condominiums are located half a mile from the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort, and just 1 mile to Main Street in Park City. These spacious condos provide plenty of space to spread out. There are a variety of unit sizes; some come with private indoor hot tubs and garages. The nearest shuttle stop is within about 3 blocks, depending on your location within the complex.

The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with easy access to the free bus. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street are both a quick two minute bus ride away. This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout with an abundance of natural light. Boulder Creek is three levels: the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room, dining area and the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is located on the deck nestled against the wooded hillside, accessed through the master bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 42" flat-screen HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, a full size sofa sleeper and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen contains brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring. There is also a gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room. The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom.
