The townhome boasts three floors of spacious living space. It all begins on the ground level where a two-car garage leads into the ultimate basement for athletes with its indoor hot tub, sauna and full bath. Rise a floor and find the open living area, rich with rustic hardwood floors, fine furnishings and copious windows. A breakfast bar – accented by leather upholstered stools – rings the open, deluxe kitchen with pine cabinets and granite countertops. A dark wood dining table, surrounded by six upholstered chairs, overlooks the living room with its ample seating, towering rock fireplace and wall of windows. An outdoor deck literally sits on the ski slope. A powder room services the living space. The main floor also features one bedroom with a king bed, day bed and en suite bathroom. In the summer, this location is perfect to enjoy the outdoor activities and restaurants the village center has to offer as well. Guests staying in Four Seasons I can use the complimentary skier shuttle to and from the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club (pool and two Jacuzzis) for an après ski soak. This facility is only a 5 minute walk in the summer and offers tennis courts in addition to the pool and Jacuzzis.
