From the oversized, relaxed furniture in the living room, in every season, you can gaze out the sloping skylight glass windows to glorious Bear Mountain or curl up with a book in front of the wood-burning fireplace. A flat-screen TV with surround sound, all streaming services, and a Wii for family gaming meet your needs for modern entertainment. A large dining room table seats eight, and sliders behind it open to the deck and gas grill. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen or perch at the breakfast bar to chat with the chef. You will also find a queen bedroom and a newly renovated full bath on the first floor. On the upper level of this unique home are a large main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a bonus den/tv room with a queen pull-out memory foam sofa bed. Our wonderful three-bedroom two-bathroom home is located in the mountains of Pittsfield, Vermont - a postcard Vermont town. Hawk Landing is surrounded by lush woods, offering a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This family home offers a European/Middle Eastern feel combined in a Vermont rustic chalet. Enjoy the wood-burning fieldstone fireplace while lounging or dining in the open living and dining areas with Cathedral ceilings. When visiting us in the Summer months enjoy grilling on the large deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Take advantage of the exclusive access to a private swimming pond. Pittsfield borders the Green Mountain National Forest making for easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and the VAST snowmobile trails. Don't forget your four-legged family member is more than welcome to join you during your time away as this property is pet-friendly (prior approval required).

The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area.
