Welcome to Killington Mountain View, our renovated two bedroom, two bathroom Trail Creek loft. This beautiful top floor condo is located right next to Killington Resort and offers ski home access during the peak ski season. As you enter the spacious condo, you'll find a large mudroom with 12-port boot dryer system, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, second bedroom with king bed, additional bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace (free firewood provided), dining room with seating for six, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft where you'll find additional sleeping with two twin beds. Tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches, you'll enjoy high-speed Internet, smart TVs throughout, games, AC for summer, and much more. You may not want to go out! Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with gas fireplace that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms. The roomy three upstairs bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms as well while the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids and features it's own mini-living area with games. Step out into the sun room and you'll find the private deck with grill and stairs down to the outdoor hot tub (included for peak ski season & optional set up fee other times). The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. Hang out in the living room together, relax in the hot tub or retreat to your bedroom to catch a show. This is a great spot for your vacation!
