This spacious and updated three-level, five-bedroom residence is ideally situated just off East Mountain Road, perfectly positioned between Bear Mountain and Snowshed lodges. With all the comforts you desire, it’s the perfect haven for families and friends looking to enjoy the stunning Vermont landscape.

Our wonderful three-bedroom two-bathroom home is located in the mountains of Pittsfield, Vermont - a postcard Vermont town. Hawk Landing is surrounded by lush woods, offering a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This family home offers a European/Middle Eastern feel combined in a Vermont rustic chalet. Enjoy the wood-burning fieldstone fireplace while lounging or dining in the open living and dining areas with Cathedral ceilings. When visiting us in the Summer months enjoy grilling on the large deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Take advantage of the exclusive access to a private swimming pond. Pittsfield borders the Green Mountain National Forest making for easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and the VAST snowmobile trails. Don't forget your four-legged family member is more than welcome to join you during your time away as this property is pet-friendly (prior approval required).

Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

Accommodating up to 8 guests, this spacious multi-level retreat is just a short drive from Bear Mountain and the Sky Ship base lodges, making it the ultimate destination for family adventures and cozy getaways with friends.

The Wobbly Cabin is a charming wood beam home located in the heart of Killington, Vermont and the perfect place to get your mountain fix! This 2 BR / 1.5 BA property is located just off the main road and 5 minutes to the slopes. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar area with wine fridge, gas fireplace, living room with streaming TV, two downstairs bedrooms and a back deck with grill, you'll have everything you need for your holiday here. The house sleeps up to six guests in a queen bedroom and king bedroom with bunk bed. We love the uniqueness of this property so much and are sure you will too.

The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. Hang out in the living room together, relax in the hot tub or retreat to your bedroom to catch a show. This is a great spot for your vacation!
