The Timber Wolf Lodge condominiums are located one mile from Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, three miles from downtown Park City, and two miles from I-80 and the Redstone shopping complex. There is a shuttle stop within a few blocks, or if you have your own vehicle, there is underground parking for one vehicle per unit, as well as outside parking for large vehicles and overflow.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
