Entering this condo through the garage on the 1st floor, is your ski clothing and ski drop-off area before heading upstairs to contemporary mountain comfort. On this first floor is a queen bedroom with separate full bath. On the second floor is the main living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops, oversize, large sectional sofa, large wall mounted television set and wet-bar. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
