Staying on Deer Valley Drive is the most sought -after lodging location in the city! Unit B, at 365 DV Drive boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 people. Entering this condo through the garage on the 1st floor, is your ski clothing and ski drop-off area before heading upstairs to contemporary mountain comfort. On this first floor is a queen bedroom with separate full bath. On the second floor is the main living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops, oversize, large sectional sofa, large wall mounted television set and wet-bar. Also on this floor is the private theatre room which seats seven comfortably in oversized theatre chairs. Heading up to the third floor will access 3 additional bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a single queen. Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile from Park City’s Main Street.
