Staying on Deer Valley Drive is the most sought -after lodging location in the city! Unit B, at 365 DV Drive boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 people. Entering this condo through the garage on the 1st floor, is your ski clothing and ski drop-off area before heading upstairs to contemporary mountain comfort. On this first floor is a queen bedroom with separate full bath. On the second floor is the main living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops, oversize, large sectional sofa, large wall mounted television set and wet-bar. Also on this floor is the private theatre room which seats seven comfortably in oversized theatre chairs. Heading up to the third floor will access 3 additional bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a single queen. Also on this floor is a full bath and gaming space on an open balcony overseeing the main living space down below where a foosball table and poker table provide great all-day entertainment! The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the 4th floor, oversized tub, wall mounted television set and seating area and deck with views overseeing Deer Valley Drive. While this deck is completely enclosed and keeps out extreme weather, it is not heated. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
