The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

Red Pine townhomes offer 3- to 4-bedroom vacation rentals. These townhomes are located near the heart of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. They are attractively blended into the natural surroundings and offer wonderful mountain views. The centrally located clubhouse boasts two swimming pools, a hot tub, and sauna, open summer and winter seasons, and guest laundry facilities. Take advantage of Red Pine's ideal location and walk or shuttle to the 8-passenger open-air gondola to access the Canyons Village plaza and ski lifts.

The Timber Wolf Lodge condominiums are located one mile from Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, three miles from downtown Park City, and two miles from I-80 and the Redstone shopping complex. Lodge-style construction and upscale furnishings make these an ideal getaway in the mountains. The complex offers two separate outdoor hot tubs. There is a shuttle stop within a few blocks, or if you have your own vehicle, there is underground parking for one vehicle per unit, as well as outside parking for large vehicles and overflow.

The Lakeview condos are adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course. Condos include a washer /dryer and private deck. The free shuttle stops about ¼ of a mile away, so you may prefer to have your own car in this location.

A mere five minutes away from the Park City Mountain Resort. Each unit is well appointed with inviting furnishings to make you feel at home. While the free shuttle bus stop is only 1 to 2 blocks away, a car is recommended. Spacious townhouses are tucked away in a quiet residential area. These units also offer a full kitchen making going out to eat an option not a necessity.

A short five minute drive brings you into the town of Park City and its historic Main Street from these spacious townhomes. Also within just minutes, you can find yourself on the ski slopes of Park City or Deer Valley, or in the summertime, you can easily access nearby championship golf courses, boating or fishing on reservoirs or rivers. Each Black Rock Ridge townhome has a full kitchen, private balcony, washer/dryer, and private garage.

With an extremely convenient location, the Alpine Shadows condominiums offer some great amenities and an affordable price. They are easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift and the Main Street area, and the free bus stops very close to the complex. The living room offers a TV, VCR, DVD, small balcony, and more. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped for cooking and has hardwood flooring.

Situated about 300 yards from the Waldorf Gondola at the base of Canyons Village, Fairway Springs is a wonderful property for guests looking for spacious living areas. Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.
