This remarkable 9,000 square foot luxury home offers 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 16 individuals. Each room is beautifully furnished with features such as infinity tubs, custom tile work, flat panel TVs, original artwork and layered lighting. A custom-made spiral staircase leads you to the upper deck which is made for year-round enjoying with a hot tub, wet bar, fireplace and seating to enjoy the Flat Top Mountain views from. There is a fully equipped professional kitchen with top of the line appliances and custom granite. A circular dining table seats 14 people and there is an additional breakfast table that will accommodate 10 guests. The sports bar and recreation room are a great way to entertain yourselves off of the slopes with a shuffle board table, pool table, poker table and plasma TV. There is an additional family room on the lower level with another flat screen TV and multiple video game systems to entertain the younger members of the group. Better yet, host a movie night in the state of the art movie theater! And if you have any energy left in those muscles after a long day on the slopes, then shoot some hoops in the indoor court!

Ptarmigan House is a quaint cozy condominium property located just off the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area with ski-in/ski-out access. This exclusive condo property boasts a large outdoor hot tub and grill area, complimentary underground parking and complimentary WiFi. Condos feature fully-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes in the smaller studio units, gas fireplaces, and comfortable furnishings. Park your car once you are here or leave it at home altogether and let the property’s ski season shuttle take you where you need to go.

Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

The EagleRidge Lodge, located just two blocks of the base of the Steamboat ski area, is a perennial favorite of Steamboat vacationers. Onsite amenities include a nice outdoor heated pool area with hot tubs and a fire pit, fitness center and steam room. All condos except studio units have an in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace and private balcony.
