The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.

With their prime upslope location, the Storm Meadows Club Condominiums maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. This quiet setting offers access trails to the nearby slopes. The Club has a complete fitness facility with seasonal outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and weight room. Winter season shuttles to the Gondola, grocery store, and downtown Steamboat Springs are offered.

Located at the base of Steamboat Ski Area, The Lodge at Steamboat is a local landmark, providing an idyllic mountain-side retreat for winter and summer time guests. Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area, the Kutuk Condominiums boast a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Each condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, a shared balcony and spacious bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi and parking is included. Kutuk has a giant sundeck with beautiful views. This is where most of the amenities are located, including two outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, ski lockers, and a fire pit. The property also sits along Burgess Creek, making it a serene summertime retreat. There is a large underground parking structure but with its great location within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops, a car is not a necessity.
