The views from this luxury vacation home will make you feel like you are still skiing on the mountain. Sun Ridge Lodge is named for its ideal location on a ridge overlooking the sun's final path as it sets in the Yampa Valley. Guests cannot escape the beckoning of the sunset waiting to be enjoyed from the plush sofa on the covered deck in front of the outdoor, gas fireplace. You can also enjoy the afternoon Alpenglow on the ski mountain from the rear of the lodge, or better yet, the hot tub. For those who prefer watching this end-of-the-day ritual from the solace of the indoors, the great room windows stretch practically from the floor to the peaked cathedral ceiling. The sitting area on the top floor overlooks the great room and is a perfect spot for admiring the exposed timber beams and trusses as well as the gorgeous sunsets. Sun Ridge was built to give its occupants a rugged mountain cabin feel without sacrificing elegance and luxury. Among the many treats is a surround sound system that will allow music to follow you wherever you go. Just off the great room is a professional kitchen complete with a Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. Two long, parallel islands allow plentiful room for seating or prepping for the evening meal. The dining table seats 10 with four more places at the bar. This home has five bedrooms and oodles of space for kids and adults to relax in their own space or gather together. Enjoy a game of pool or the PlayStation 3 system (includes video games) in the recreation room or a game of ping-pong in the garage. The wet bar allows for pre and post dinner entertaining and of course no home of this caliber would be complete without its own hot tub and view of the Steamboat ski area. The front deck with spectacular sunset views towards the Sleeping Giant and downtown Steamboat Springs can be used year round with an outdoor, gas fireplace and overhead infrared heaters. The laundry room features ski lockers so everyone can keep their gear organized for quick departures on powder day mornings. This 5,000 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. Blackstone Lodge is located in a spectacular private mountain neighborhood that offers the benefit of being close to both the ski area and downtown. This newly built home offers incredible views and luxury amenities throughout. This beautiful home allows you to enjoy vivid sunset views to the west while overlooking Fish Creek and up to Buffalo Pass. With a modern western feel that is fully captured in the design of this stunning 4 bedroom, loft home, Blackstone Lodge will delight any traveler. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. There is a large ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.

Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Located just a short 150 yard walk from the Thunderhead Lift, you have everything you could ever want or need in a ski home. It boasts a smart and spacious floor plan with an abundance of windows and outdoor spaces. Almost every room has a view to the ski hill or the valley. Everywhere you find little details that make this home unique and authentic, unlike anywhere else you will ever stay. When you are ready to retire for the evening any one of the 6 bedrooms makes for the perfect sanctuary. The main floor master bedroom has its own seating area, gas fireplace, balcony, and ensuite bathroom that includes a large walk in shower and large tub to relax in. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.
