Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Falconhead Lodge South offers spectacular views over the Yampa Valley and is ideal for large groups of families and friends. Spanning 7,164 square feet and sleeping up to 16, this property feels more like staying in your own private lodge rather than a vacation home. For the utmost privacy and convenience, guests enter this unique residence from the top level with heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. Designed for large groups and entertaining, the main floor opens into a great room accented by vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, a stone fireplace and wall of windows to take in the views. The living, kitchen and dining areas flow openly into each other to make sure everyone can gather together easily. The large kitchen provides everything needed to craft delicious family meals while a covered recessed balcony extends the living area into the great outdoors. At the dining table you’ll find seating for 12, adding to the five seats available at the kitchen island. Downstairs on the mid level there’s a second floor of living space with kitchen, dining and living areas. This space features a plush sectional sofa, dining table for 10 and a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances. French doors off the dining area frame beautiful views and walkout to a second balcony. Five bedrooms, spread out on three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level includes a gas fireplace and private access to a covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and Sleeping Giant Mountain. Additional guest rooms include a third master suite and queen suite, each offering private en suite baths. A third gathering area can be found on the lowest level with a sports bar/den recreation room. Watch your favorite team on the flat-screen TV or challenge friends to game of pool. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is also home to the wine cellar and a covered deck with a private hot tub. Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits. The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.

Panoramic views of Steamboat’s ski area, Sleeping Giant, and the valley will delight you from the rooftop deck at Metropolitan House. Atop this magical deck, you can relax your sore muscles from a day on the mountain in the hot tub, or kick back with a cocktail while admiring Steamboat Springs. The main level has all you need with a spacious Great Room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, deck with mountain views, dining area and table with seating for 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 4, and an open with a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room. On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage. On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Located on the mountain in a private neighborhood, Winter Castle offers privacy along with great access to skiing just minutes from your door. This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. Plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy a good book or watch a movie. The professionally equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

Perched high above the valley, Watchtower Chalet offers breathtaking views. This newly remodeled haven stuns with its warm, inviting ambiance. Striking brass hardware, light wood features, and earthy, soft grays, browns and cream colors throughout the residence exude warmth. The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Gather in front of the towering fireplace or soak in the scenery from the wrap-around deck. The centerpiece of the gourmet kitchen is a large island with bar seating for 6. The adjacent dining table seats 8 guests.

The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.
