Mad River Paradise at Drumleys

Offering plenty of space and privacy and recent upgrades throughout, this multi-level home is calling your name for your next Warren escapade! New upgrades include the bathroom on the first floor with a huge walk-in shower, the bathroom on the third floor, a new fridge, three Rinnai heaters, and a new thermostatically controlled propane wood stove that has been added to the living room. On the first floor, you'll encounter a bedroom with a newly-updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both spaces feature baseboard heating, and the bedroom also has a Rinnai heater. Climb up the stairs and you'll reach the main living space of the home. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a propane wood stove, board games for fun game nights, a Rinnai heater, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. There is also access to a spacious deck. Continue the tour and you'll come across the kitchen/dining area, which features an eight-person dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to a private back deck for summer barbecuing and a large storage closet next to the front door for storing your deck furniture and toys, big enough to store kayaks. The third level of this charming escapade has a small loft area with a sofa and a baseboard heat unit. There are also two bedrooms with baseboard heat units, a stackable washer/dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. And last, but not least, the fourth level is made up of a loft space with a bed, another Rinnai heater, and two chairs. Additionally, if you decide to book this unique escapade, you'll be granted access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and basketball court. Hammerle House

Sugarbush Resort is the big attraction in the area, and the slopes are mere steps from the door of Hammerle. In the summer, enjoy disc golf, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, and excellent hiking. The winter will have you blazing down 111 trails and catching a few thrills on 2,600 vertical feet. The Health and Recreation Center can be used year-round, featuring a fitness center, pools, yoga classes, personal training, and many other activities. After playing 18 holes at the Sugarbush Golf Course, head down to Hogan's to enjoy dinner and a drink on the deck or inside near the fire.

Welcome to the newest ski-in/ski-out building at Sugarbush! You'll be only 50 feet from Ski trail. The ski trail is named Out To Lunch and it is an easy trail for beginners. Enjoy a mountain condo with comfortable features at every turn.

Birch Hollow Cottage

Just a mile-and-a-half away, Sugarbush Resort has activities for everyone including golf, biking, tennis, hiking, and ziplining. Hit the slopes in winter at Mad River Glen ski resort, less than nine miles away. Or travel a little over three miles to Warren Falls if you're feeling adventurous for a hike with spectacular views.

Summit

This warm and welcoming, all-season mountain condo is all about the location, the view, and family. Perfectly located within walking distance of ski trails, and just a quick shuttle ride from Sugarbush Resort, there are plenty of activities nearby for the whole family.
