On the first floor, you'll encounter a bedroom with a newly-updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both spaces feature baseboard heating, and the bedroom also has a Rinnai heater. Climb up the stairs and you'll reach the main living space of the home. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a propane wood stove, board games for fun game nights, a Rinnai heater, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. There is also access to a spacious deck. Continue the tour and you'll come across the kitchen/dining area, which features an eight-person dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to a private back deck for summer barbecuing and a large storage closet next to the front door for storing your deck furniture and toys, big enough to store kayaks. The third level of this charming escapade has a small loft area with a sofa and a baseboard heat unit. There are also two bedrooms with baseboard heat units, a stackable washer/dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. And last, but not least, the fourth level is made up of a loft space with a bed, another Rinnai heater, and two chairs. Additionally, if you decide to book this unique escapade, you'll be granted access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and basketball court.
