Complimentary transportation to town, the resort and to and from the Hailey airport is available.

This 4 bd/5 bath private home located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood offers 4500 sqft of living space and will sleep 8 people max. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The Evergreen Condos are located in the town of Ketchum, a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus stops a block away. Property features include wireless internet, air-conditioning, an elevator, ski storage, and underground parking. Each condo has a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer.

Nestled in West Ketchum, this two-story, 2-bedroom/2.5-bath duplex offers a tranquil retreat in a peaceful neighborhood, accommodating up to 4 guests. Upon entering, a welcoming sitting area provides space for coats, shoes, boots, and skis. The guest bedroom features a double bed and access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located within this bathroom's closet. The hallway leads to a sunroom with a relaxing chair and access to the deck.
