This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

Located at the base of Bald Mountain, The Hemingways is one the few ski-in ski-out properties available in Sun Valley. This deluxe 2600 sqft tri-level 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhome is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 10 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a large foyer with a flight of stairs that takes you to the main living quarters of the home. With high ceilings and open living the living and kitchen area gets great light. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace (please note it is currently being worked on and is not in use until further notice). Off the living area is a table with 4 chairs for extra seating. The kitchen is large and spacious for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and an island bar with 4 bar stools for extra seating. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 6-8 people. There is access to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor table, and chairs.

Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and fourth bedroom.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners. Condos feature an open living, dining and kitchen area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and air-conditioning.

The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.
