The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.

This four-story condo in Ketchum will accommodate up to 12 guests and provides a perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends wishing to stay in one unit. The ground level has a guest room with a queen size bed and full private bath, and a very large storage area for guest use. On the second floor is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. <br><br> The main level is open and inviting with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a cheerful nook and a formal dining area that will seat 8 guests. The master suite is on this level as well and has a king size bed, television and full bath. Upstairs is a loft with 6 twin beds.

This quaint Elkhorn Village condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. The living area has gas fireplace (winter only) and 55-inch flat-screen smart TV and sofa bed. It also features a Fully Stocked Kitchenette and bistro style table for two. The bedroom has a double size bed and access to full size bath with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Sun Valley's Elkhorn neighborhood is ideal for golfers, families and for a quiet retreat. While it is close to everything Sun Valley offers, it is set aside form the hustle and bustle of the resort. A reservation in this condo also includes access to the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village Amenities.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

Located in charming Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Course, Sunburst condos each have a full kitchen, fireplace and living area. The complex features a year-round hot tub and nice views of the surrounding mountains. Sun Valley is known for its world-class skiing in winter and spring. Summer and fall also offer tremendous varied activities for outdoor mountain enthusiasts.
